While my fun jobs story is part of what makes this work relatable, my work is grounded in 20 years of global consulting, academic research, and a research degree in meaningful work.
I developed a practical, research-backed model of what we need to make work feel meaningful. I call it “bubbles of meaning” (you can read more about it here)
The model isn’t theoretical—it’s something teams can actually use to reflect, spot gaps, and take action. And when we layer it with the mindset of serious fun—curiosity, courage, and playfulness—it becomes a powerful tool for real, lasting cultural change.
